TRIMMING:
Most prices include trimming an SRA3 sheet down to two A4s; extra cuts are generally 25p per cut per 250 sheets.
BOOKLETMAKER:
£85 1st 1000 then run-on of £25 - 35 per thousand.
DRILLING:
£15 setup then £60 per 400 operations.
COLLATING MACHINE:
£6 per 1000 sets
COLLATING BY HAND:
£12 per 1000 sets
INSERT ENVELOPES:
1 ITEM, NOT SEALED: £10 PER 1000.
1 ITEM, SEALED: £15 PER 1000.
DESPATCH:
Most quotes and listed guide prices state that they include the carriage to one UK address, standard next day (5.30pm latest) delivery.
Extra carriage cost will be incurred for NOON or 10.30am or Saturday deliveries; also Isle of Wight and Ireland (best to ask for current costs).
PADDING:
£20 minimum; 1st 200 padding=£20, run-on 200 pads=£7, run-on 1000 pads=£35
FOLDING (including cutting):
£10 setup [plus £5 per 1000]
