Type 'Xerox': Use off-the-shelf Xerox folders (in 3 bits, customer to assemble) at £160 for 100.
Type 'JD Blank with label': These are the JD blanks (white) at £60 for 100, plus £9 for extra 100s, plus the cost of a digitally printed colour label (Done on crackback on the Xerox)
